Giant Whales - São Miguel
The Azores is one of the world’s best destinations to view whales and dolphins. Year-round, we encounter our resident sperm whales and several dolphin species, as well as turtles and seabirds. From March to June, we see migratory whales including the two largest species - blue whale and fin whale. Join us to meet some of the 25 cetacean species that have been registered in Azores waters.
