Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP) is becoming increasingly popular. It is a fun and peaceful way to be in contact with the water and it is relatively easy to master. Once you get the hang of it you can even try to do some yoga poses! Our equipment is brand new and includes a board, a paddle, and a life jacket.
Sete Cidades is ideal to rent a SUP, it is a calm and beautiful environment. Meet us in our activity center on the edge of the lake. You will be able to change in the dressing room to get ready for this adventure.
We will brief you about safety rules and how to use the board as well as the equipment that we will give you.
When you are done and come back to the activity center, you can have a hot shower in the center to warm you up before leaving.
Renting a stand up paddle in Sete Cidades is a good opportunity for those who always wanted to experiment this activity because there is no or very small waves, making it much easier than in big lakes or in the sea. It is possible to rent a stand up paddle all year long but we recommend that you book first through our website or contact us to make sure we will have available equipment for you.
The price for this activity is 10€ per SUP for one hour. A board is made for one person.
